N2 - Artificial intelligence adoption has typically been seen as an opportunity for the public health sector due to its potential to facilitate and improve quality of service. However, there are still many factors and challenges from the health care use cases themselves that cause the low application and utilization of artificial intelligence in society, even in the most common use cases. Acceptance of the use of technology in the health industry can be a factor that can accelerate the implementation of artificial intelligence in society, especially in the healthcare sector. This study aims to summarize the factors that influence artificial intelligence acceptance from the perspective of healthcare diagnostics and clinical decision support. The technology, organization, people, and environment (TOPE) framework was used as a guideline in selecting the appropriate factors and definition. Through a systematic literature review process, 27 relevant papers were found to be discussed in order to find the answer. Nine factors were found in the diagnostics use case, while in the clinical decision support use case, thirteen factors were found. The study reveals that technology and people are a key dimension for acceptance AI in healthcare sector.
