N2 - In Banten Province, the branch office of the National Family Planning Coordination Board (BKKBN), is participated in implementing the nation's family planning and development program (KKBPK). BKKBN needs data and information from KKBPK's record and report systems. One of these systems is called the Routine Statistics Application (ASR). Currently, the number of ASR user is only 28% of the data managers in Banten Province. It is essential to study the factors which affect data managers to use the ASR. Thus, in our study, we used the Technology Acceptance Model by extending its external variables, such as system quality, information quality, service quality, facilitating condition, social influence, self-efficacy, and user training. The study used data collected from 115 respondents using questionnaire. The data is processed using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS software. The result of our study shows that the intention to use factor for using ASR system is affected by the perceived usefulness and the social influence directly factors. Moreover, other factors have positive correlations to perceived usefulness which eventually affect the data manager's intention to use the ASR system in Banten Province.
