User acceptance factors affecting the usage of mobile learning in enriching outside classroom learning at high school level

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the users' acceptance factors of mobile learning from students' perspective. The object of this study is Ruangguru application and Line Academy. This study used quantitative approach. Quantitative data was obtained from questionnaires to the students and analyzed using Entropy method to know the integrity of each factor. The result revealed that the students agree that mobility value becomes the main factor for influencing user acceptance to use Ruangguru application and Line Academy. Others factors are attitude of using technology, learning style, supporting facilities, intention to use, ease of use, perceived benefits, initiative, individual capabilities, and social influences. The study also revealed that there is a difference of priority between each of the factors studied due to the difference in motivation of each user in using mobile learning.
