Cisarua, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia is a region often visited and inhabited by people from Arab countries. Since there is large number of residents of Arabic descent, the stores try to adjust by displaying Arabic on the signboards of their storefronts. This is to provide informative description for Arabs. This study aims to analyse the use and assess how informative the Arabic discourse found on the store signboards. The types of stores are restaurants, travel agencies and hotel reservations, grocery stores, and salons. This research needs to be done to fill the gap in academic research about Arabs living in the area. As it is known that the presence of Arabs in the area has been in the spotlight of various sides, both domestic and foreign and so far the writings on this subject are only non-academic research, such as news in newspapers or reports from nongovernmental organizations or government agencies The research carried out here is field research. There are four stages in doing this research, namely identification, classification, analysis, and conclusion. First of all is visiting the Cisarua area, Bogor, West Java to see the Arabic signboards in the area. Then classify it into several categories. After that, it was analyzed both in terms of form and content. This study found that from the positivism-empirical perspective, the Arabic texts in storefront signs in Cisarua, Bogor, contain linguistic errors in morphology, syntax, and semantics. Another kind of error that often arises is a trivial error such as mistyping errors. Meanwhile, from the perspective of constructivism, it can be inferred that the Arabic store signboards in Cisarua Bogor lack informativeness and even cause confusion for the readers. From the results of the study it can be said that compared to previous studies, this research is a new research. In general, most of the research on Arabs in Cisarua, Bogor, West Java is a matter of contract marriage, while this study discusses from the other side, namely the problem of Arabic signboard.
