Abstract
This study aims to understand the role of boundaryless mindset and organizational mobility preferences as the dimensions of boundaryless career orientation to explain career satisfaction and affective commitment. A total of 144 respondents participated by filling paper-andpencil questionnaire that was distributed to several companies. Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale is used in this study to measure boundaryless career orientation, career satisfaction scale is used to measure career satisfaction, and Affective Commitment Scale is used to measure affective commitment. Results show that organizational mobility preferences can contribute to both affective commitment and career satisfaction. On the other hand, boundaryless mindset does not have a significant role towards either of them.
