In that case, it is necessary to pay attention to the activities of the organization that can achieve and achieve the goals that have been designed by the organization. Organizational commitment tends to encourage employees to work harder and perform excellent work. Several other factors in human resources are the work climate and career development of employees to keep running and to promote and encourage universities to do business towards competition and ultimately become winners. A comfortable work climate can improve performance. How committed employees will have an impact on morale and the desire to change jobs. The existence of organizational commitment is an adequate response at work. Employees who have a high commitment will be able to inspire their work.
