Telecommunications service providers have experienced many challenges in the transformation of business with increasingly rapid technological change. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) is one of the largest telecommunications service providers that has transformed conventional telecommunications into digital telecommunications. This study discussed how the transformation process of PT Telkom and the impact of transformation. The purpose of this research is to provide concrete evidence of the implementation of business transformation towards business at PT Telkom. This research was conducted with qualitative methods. Literature studies on existing theories are conducted, such as SWOT and Driving Digital Strategy, and data are collected from the literature review's result and through interviews and the company's documents. From the results of the analysis, we propose several Digital Transformation Strategy.
