Abstract

Introduction: Public service providers are required to meet people's expectations so that in order to evaluate public services it is necessary to conduct a survey of community satisfaction with service users. RSUD Sejiran Setason is one of the public service providers in the field of health services which also conducts community satisfaction surveys on a regular basis. Objective: This study aims to determine the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) from the results of the second semester of 2022 community satisfaction survey and analyze the service element that has the lowest score. Method: This research is a descriptive analysis research with a cross sectional research design. The researcher used secondary data from the results of the second semester of 2022 community satisfaction survey at Sejiran Setason Hospital with a total sample of 250 respondents. Result: The results of the data analysis show that the IKM value at the Sejiran Setason Hospital is 83.22% where the performance value of all service elements is in the good category. The element of service with the lowest IKM score is the element of handling complaints, suggestions and input, which is equal to 78.43%. Conclusion: The management of Sejiran Setason Hospital has not managed customer complaints optimally, so it is necessary to improve the handling of customer complaints in order to improve the quality of hospital services and increase patient satisfaction.
