Abstract

We have investigated the effect of titanium substitution on the structure and the particle morphology characterization of manganites of La0.85Ba0.15Mn(1-x)TixO3 with x = 0, 0.1, 0.15, and 0.2. Materials were prepared by using a mechanical milling method. X-ray diffraction patterns of the with La0.85Ba0.15Mn(1-x)TixO3 (x = 0, 0.1, 0.15, and 0.2) showed monoclinic system at room temperature. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were taken for the measurement of grain size and to check the surface morphology. The particle size of the obtained compounds were determined by Particle Size Analyzer. Compounds were determined by PSA also showed inhomogenous microstructure particle size distribution for each composition materials.
