Structural and impedance spectroscopy analysis of LaFe1-xZrxO3 ceramics at room temperature

Abstract

The LaFe1-xZrxO3 (x = 0.01, 0.03 and 0.05) series were synthesized by sol-gel and sintering methods. The orthorhombic structure with Pnma symmetry was confirmed by XRD analysis. Concerning the electrical and dielectric properties at room temperature, they revealed the behaviour-dependency of frequency and Zr content. As for the complex impedance measurements, they exhibited that impedance value increased with the increasing Zr content. The dielectric results demonstrated the dielectric parameters, i.e., dielectric constant and tangent loss which was decreased with the increasing of Zr content.
