To make strategies that fit the needs of food service company, this research was evaluating the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) of the workers and researching the relation between technology readiness and the acceptance of ERP technology named NetSuite in Company X. To evaluating the TRI, the researcher used the updated Technology Readiness Index method developed by Parasuraman in (2014). To research the correlation between technology readiness and the technology acceptance model, the researcher uses Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM) and processed by Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The result is Company X has a High Readiness Technology and the variable that affects the behavior intention of using NetSuite is perceived ease of use, the variable affected the perceived ease of use are optimism, innovativeness, and discomfort. The strategy plan designed by the result of the research and validated using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA).
