Abstract
Introduction: The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all sectors including the health sector. Pregnant women are a vulnerable group exposed to this virus. WHO data shows that there are 290 million positive confirmed cases, and from CDC data, 155,000 cases are found in pregnant women in the United States. Objectives: This study was conducted to find out how the clinical pathway implementation strategy in obstetric services during this pandemic period is. Methods: The research was conducted in a systematic review based on the PRISMA flow diagram. There were 7 articles discussed in this study. Results: The implementation of clinical pathways during this pandemic includes the diagnosis of COVID-19 in pregnant women, personal protective equipment (PPE) during delivery, management of the clinical pathway system, as well as supporters and obstacles in the implementation of clinical pathways. Conclusion: Implementation of clinical pathways in obstetric services in hospitals during a pandemic is a challenge and an important step that must still be implemented by hospitals so that the quality of service and patient safety is guaranteed.
