N2 - Government data center experienced rapid growth during the late 1990s and early part of this decade to improve service effectiveness and achieve mission objectives. Government also faces demand to reduce operational cost while delivering transparency to citizen. Therefore, we propose semantic web based distributed government data center to help government institutions to manage information in data center semantically. Through capability of semantic web, data can be understood and processed by machine, so rapid growth of government data can be organized and utilized automatically, efficiently and effectively.
