This paper proposes a model of distributed self-organizing traffc control with self-organizing map in real situation. This model can be used as a general setting for controlling almost any type of intersection. It uses nonlinear coupled oscillator with multiway intersection and automatically adjusts the cycle time, split, and offset parameter of the controller. Results show increased speed and reduced delay under all traffc conditions.
