N2 - BOB BSP Pertamina Hulu has been implemented Safety, Health & Enviromental Management System (SHEMS) since its establishment 12 years ago. The study is aimed to obtain the level of SHE perception and becoming values among workers. Survey was measured the safety values in the organization, working unit and individual level as the model of safety climate survey. Data collected through distribute the questionnaires among 436 workers from all levels, top management, middle managers and workers. The average of SHE perception in all workers is 2,28 (scale 1 to 4), as the organizational values is 2,23; as peer group values is 2,4; and as individual values is 2,24. It is indicate that the level of SHE awareness still in moderate level. Safety values that are higher than other safety values are personal appreciation of risk (score 2,57) and commitment management (score 2,53). The lowest safety values are communication (score 1,86) and personal priority and need for safety (score 1,90). Result show that HSE perceptions among employees are still need to be improved. It could be influenced by HSE communication and safety motivation was not effectively being implemented. Company may improve the SHE awareness through strengthening SHEMS implementation, improve the individual skill, safety competencies and two way communications regularly and more intensive.
