Abstract
The Nangapanda Blue Stones Smart Home Program is taken from the name of one of the livelihood sources of the Nangapanda villagers located in Ende, East Nusa Tenggara, where most of the locals live from collecting bluish rocks scattered along the beach in the village. This program is one of the role of University of Indonesia in remote island in order to apply science and technology through the management of mini library with e-DDC system accompanied by mentoring activities such as reading and writing with creative games, singing national songs, Educational films, movements and songs in children's musical notes, the making of abon from local fish, storytelling folklore, traditional culinary competitions, drawing and coloring competitions, soccer and volleyball games and regeneration through intelligent home management training for the program to continue . Method used in the implementation of this program is PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal), so that in the implementation of this program always involves local community so that all citizens can feel owned and responsible for the sustainability of the program for the sake of progress together.
