Abstract
Four cases of renal pelvic tumour in patients with renal calculi are reported. Two of these were squamous cell carcinoma. The diagnosis of tumour in these patients was made post operatively by histological examination. Post operative radiation was given to one patient, the other three patients refused further treatment. Biopsy of the stone bed in patients with huge or multiple kidney stones may be necessary if one were not to miss these tumours.
