abstract = "In the power system, reliability is an important concern to arrange maintenance plan and reduce maintenance cost. Many of studies were conducted in order to analyze and calculate the reliability of power system and in this study, reliability analysis of gas and steam power plant was conducted using graph theory approach. The power plant system was divided into fifteen systems based on daily report and work order from 2012-2015. Then System Structure Graph (SSG) and system reliability graph were determined in order to obtain system reliability matrix and reliability permanent function. This study gave result that the value of reliability index for gas and steam power plant was 0.6912 in which the highest reliability of 0.8451 came from permutation group 7.",
