Abstract

The rate-dependent coercivity and activation volumes in nanocrystalline FeZrBCu alloys were discussed. Fe 86Zr 7B 6Cu 1 ribbons, prepared by rapid solidification, were annealed in furnace at several temperatures in the range from 440°C to 500°C in order to obtain different degree of crystallization. The hysteresis loops were measured as a function of temperature and crystalline fraction.
