Abstract

Virtual Laboratory provides flexibility and reduces the cost of traditional laboratory, integration of Augmented Reality in a virtual laboratory in the chance for aviation engineering learning such as Radar training. This study's purpose is to develop a virtual laboratory augmented reality-based to support radar training, by using prototyping dan the RAD method of the Radar Engineering Immersive Laboratory (REIL) built related to the International Civil Aviation Organization competency-based education framework. The architecture consists of a Learning Management System, Virtual Laboratory activity, and troubleshooting. The result shows the dynamic 3D depiction of each stage of the learning process in the REIL program ensuring student learning enjoyment and ease.
