Abstract

Computational model of quadruple innovations ecosystem which obeys quantum strategies for disruptive innovations dynamics is proposed: the Dirac-Solow-Swan potential represents the dynamics of quadruple ecosystems and each members obey game theory. The classical entities are Business and Government, while Academia and Community assumed as quantum objects. It is shown that the architecture of quantum strategies of quadruple helix ecosystem applied on data topology has ≈ O(n) computational depth which and can enhance the capital accumulation of innovations.
