Abstract

It can be difficult for ordinary people to understand reading the Indonesian Law (Undang-Undang) documents since they are usually extensive and specific language style usage which contains many law terms, especially in finding the punishment provision part. To address this problem, we propose a system to extract punishment provision information from Indonesian Law document. It uses Ripple Down Rule Learner (Ridor) to find articles, verses, or points which have punishment consequences. It may also obtain the punishment provision information and present them in structured format. Experiment shows that the proposed system can reach 93.9% Fl-Score.
