The speakers provided aastisfactory explanation ofllaquestionsirsed abheypr icittpansa. t Over 190 outstanding works from 178 authors have been submitted. After a strict review process, the editorial board selected 104 papers. These articles are presented in this proceedings volume. Although the lengthy editorial process entailed additional expense and extra work, the editorial teams believe that the final paper will reflect a higher academic tasnrd.da Our in-depth appreciation goes to our colleagues on the international advisory board and the scientific committee for all efforts in selecting abstracts, papers and sharing their expert networks, to the experts in reviewing the article, and to the editorial teams (substantive, language, and technical) in providing camera-ready version to send to the publisher. We are grateful for the organizing committee's efforts, the support of the steering committee, and the financial support from Universitas Indonesia.
