Abstract

In this research, we have obtained calculation of polarization and capacitance properties using the Polydomain Model for Polarization Properties of Barium Zirconium Titanate (BaZrxTi1-xO3). Modified Landau Coefficient (α, β) was calculated based on the crystal structure. Measurement of Polarization properties of Barium Zirconium Titanate (BaZrxTi1-xO3) was obtained using Sawyer - Tower circuit based. Measurement was carried out using a triangle signal function Generator with the input voltage of 20 V pp and 50 Hz frequencies. The measurement was then observed using LabView program. The results showed that the spontaneous polarization properties of Barium Zirconium Titanate doped by 1% Lanthanum and Indium was 2,7 x 10-5 C/cm2 dan 2,7 x 10-5 C/cm2. The error between calculation and measurement result then calculated using the R-Weighted pattern (R-Factor). Capacitance properties of Barium Zirconium Titanate was calculated using Landau - Khalatnikov Model for Small Signal Capacitance. The result showed that the maximum capacitance value of Barium Zirconium Titanate was 3, 25 nF.
