Abstract

Production of top quark and anti-top quark pair associated with a Higgs boson (tt̄H) production is one of the experimental probes for measuring the Higgs boson to top quark coupling. Since the full kinematic information is required to study such production, a precise technique to fully reconstruct tt̄H events is needed. This work reports our very first attempt to reconstruct tt̄H events using a kinematic fit algorithm that has been established and has commonly used to reconstruct tt̄ events at the Tevatron and Large Hadron Collider (LHC). The results imply that HitFit was able to perform well on tt̄H events.
