Sinonasal cancer has unique characteristics associated with anatomic location and the proximity to the OAR, requiring a high dose gradient to perform the observable treatment by looking at FWHM and the resulting penumbra in the beam profiles on the wedge fields generated using jaw and MLC. It is done used physical wedge with angle 15o , 30o , 45o , dan 60o, at depth of 1.5 cm, 5 cm and 10 cm on 1 x 1 cm2 , 2 x 2 cm 2 , 3 x 3 cm2 dan 4 x 4 cm2 field size, using Gafchromic EBT3 film. The result shows that the largest penumbra and FWHM value with MLC as field formation and the smallest value with MLC (edge) as field formation. It is due to the different transmission factor jaw and MLC and the influence of interleaf leakage and transmission at edge of MLC. The use of wedges in the beam profile can affect the FWHM value and the resulting penumbra as a result of the beam hardening effect that occurs with the use of the physical wedge. The results of this study indicate the formation of field using MLC (edge) is the optimal one, while the use of wedge can affect the value of FWHM produced.
