N2 - Pneumonia is the third major disease suffered by inpatient class III in RSUPN Dr. CiptoMangunkusumo Jakarta, among other are patient of Jamkesmas, Askessos and Gakin.Treatment expense for patient Jamkesmas based on the tariff packet of INA-DRG.Thepurposes of this study were to compare of drug use by ATC/DDD methode and comparedthe portion of the cost for drugs and health supplies to INA-DRG Tariff, among the thirdpatient group. Design of this study was cross sectional. Data were collected retrospectivelyfrom medical record and prescriptions for inpatient of pneumonia with Jamkesmas,Askessos, and Gakin Program at Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital Jakarta, over period ofMarch 2008 – March 2009. The result of this study showed that quantity of drug use atJamkesmas, Askessos and Gakin successively were differed, successively 391,500;380,211; and 741,895 DDD/hbd. Generic name in DU90% at Jamkesmas, Askessos andGakin were also significantly differed, i.e. 22 (31%), 19 (24%), 37 items (40%). There wasalso a significant difference among the three health insurances in regards with the portion ofthe cost for drugs and health supplies to INA-DRG Tariff.
