PENINGKATAN BUDAYA KESELAMATAN PASIEN MELALUI PEMBERDAYAAN CHAMPION KESELAMATAN PASIEN

Patient safety culture is a main fondation in implementation of patient safety. The purpose of this study was to know the effects of patient safety champion empowerment on the patient safety culture Rumah Sakit Haji Jakarta. This study was pre-experiment design : one group pretest posttest, with 81 nurses as a samples. Data were analyzed with mcnemar test. Result: implementation of patient safety culture increased not significantly 7,4 % after got a patient safety champion empowering program (p=0,451; CI= 0.084-0.928). Recommendation: Patient safety champion empowering need to developed to increase patient safety’s culture at hospital.
