Abstract
Cancer can cause a disturbance in haemostasis and activate thromboses mechanism which influenced all the Virchow’s triad, hypercoaguability, changes of blood flow and endothelial cell damage. Changes of haemostasis happen in more than 90% of all cancer and often influence brain circulation system which caused cerebrovascular compication. In CNS tumors, cerebrovascular complicatin detection through coagulation state and common carotid artery profile using a non-invasive examination tools might give some information to prevent cerebrovascular comlication to make a better quality of life of CNS tumor patients.
