Abstract
Until 2014, the University of Indonesia (UI) scholarship system has handled around 12,936
scholarship recipients with the amount of funds of more than 120 billion, and this number
continues to grow annually. The registration process through the UI scholarship system has
encountered several problems, due to reports that students who have graduated could still
apply for scholarships. This study was conducted to determine the level of data quality in
the UI scholarship information system. The measurement of data quality was carried out
using the Total Data Quality Management (TDQM) method. Measurement of data quality
in this study was carried out using dimensions of completeness, validity, accuracy, and
uniqueness. The measurement results suggested that the identity number, mobile number,
type of applicant, residential address, type of identity, and parent’s income have a
completeness value below average. NIK and bank account number have validity value
below average. GPA score have accuracy value below average. NIK, email, mobile number,
bank account number have uniqueness value below average. Recommendations are given
so that the organization can immediately take strategic steps in order to improve and
develop the quality of the data they have, so that the data can be useful and valuable
assets.
