Abstract

Pemasaran yang efisien sangat penting untuk menarik pelanggan dan mempertahankan reputasi yang baik di sektor jasa maritim. SBU Marine Services menghadapi sejumlah kesulitan dalam mengelola pengetahuan terkait promosi secara efektif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Soft System Methodology (SSM), penelitian ini mencoba mencatat dan menjaring pengetahuan promosi di SBU Marine Services. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efektivitas upaya promosi perusahaan, diharapkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dan metodis tentang proses promosi dapat dicapai melalui penerapan SSM. Temuan penelitian ini diperkirakan akan berdampak besar pada peningkatan taktik pemasaran dan memperkuat posisi SBU Marine Services di industri jasa kelautan.
