This research would like to see the effect of perceived organizational support to affective commitment to change on Civil Servant of Ministry of Public Works and People's Housing. The hypothesis of this research is that there is an effect between perceived organization support with affective commitment to change in Civil Servant of Ministry of Public Works and People's Housing. This research uses quantitative method. Respondents in this study amounted to 152 people. The sampling technique was accidental or convenience sampling. Data retrieval in this study used the scale of perceived organizational support, and the scale of affective commitment to change with Likert scale format ranges 1-6. Reliability perceived organizational support scale of 0.90, and affective commitment to change reliability is 0.82. The results of the analysis were obtained using independent sample t-test, one way anova dan simple regression. The results show that Perceived Organizational Support had an effect to affective commitment to change.
