Abstract
This study examines how religious and religious social values of directors affect the capital structure of firms in the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using panel data sets from 2010 to 2015. In particular, we distinguish the religious and religious values of the directors' religious values for family firms and Non family companies We also analyze the number of attendance of directors in meetings, educational background and age of directors of capital structure decisions and ownership of family firms as moderating variables. This research uses panel data analysis technique which is a combination of time series data with cross section.
