Abstract

Disease congestive cardiac failure ( CHF ) is one of the world's largest contributor to death. The experience of patients with CHF showed diverse attitudes in performing self-care. Impacts arising from the illness, affecting a role in everyday life in both communities, and families. The importance of self-care by individuals who undiagnoseda supporting factor in the treatment process, social environment such as family and community also has an important role to increase the motivation for clients in addition to information from providers of health.This studyaimed to obtainand reveal themeaningofexperiencesPatientsWithCongestive Heart FailureInImplementingSelfCare.Date collected by depth interviews with five participants who had been treated at least twice and do a re-visit Dipoli heart clinic At home Banjamasin Ulin General Hospital, dateretrieval is done inresidenceparticipants each.There arefourthemesidentified inthis study are:(1).
