In 2021 under-five deaths (12-59 months) cause diarrhea to be the second highest cause in West Java Province. However, the spatial distribution of these cases is associated with demographics and other unknown determinants. Methods: This study used a quantitative descriptive study with the application of the Quantum GIS Geographic Information System (GIS) scoring technique. The research data is in the form of secondary data from the 2021 West Java Province Health Profile and the Geospatial Information Agency. This research uses city/district administrative units in West Java Province in 2021. Results: This study shows that the level of treatment of diarrhea in toddlers 12-59 months from 27 districts/cities in West Java is divided into very high susceptibility levels (4 cities/districts), high (10 cities/districts), medium (6 cities/districts) and low (7 cities/districts).
