Abstract
Background: Background: The COVID-19 pandemic is still ongoing from 2019 until now. One of the efforts in handling COVID-19 is vaccination. West Java is the province with the largest vaccination target, which is 37.9 million people. The achievement of the 1st vaccination was 28.1 million people or 74.2 percent, while the total of the 2nd vaccination was 20.3 million people or 53.6 percent which is still below the national proportion. Objective: The study aims to map the achievements of COVID-19 vaccination and to find out the factors that influence it in the province of West Java. Methods: This study is a cross sectional study. The population used in this study is all districts/cities in West Java Province. The dependent variable in this study is the achievement of the 2nd vaccination. Then the independent variables consist of the achievement of the 1st vaccination, positive confirmation cases, vaccine receipts, and vaccination targets. Mapping was done with the Quantum Geographic System 2.8.1 application. Results: The proportion of the 2nd vaccination achievement was less than 50 percent in 9 districts/cities, the proportion of 50-60 percent in 10 districts/cities, the proportion of 60-80 percent in 4 districts/cities, and the proportion of 80-90 percent in 4 district/city. Then there is a strong and positive relationship between the achievement of the 2nd vaccination with the achievement of the 1st vaccination, positive confirmation, vaccine acceptance, and vaccination targets. Conclusion: Based on the distribution of the 2nd vaccination achievement, it is concluded that the first priority in vaccine distribution in West Java Province is the area that has the 2nd vaccination achievement <50 percent and the proportion of vaccine stock <10 percent.
