Abstract

Tourism is one of the largest economic sectors and has the fastest growth rate in the world. Indonesia has a program of 10 new Bali destinations, one of them is Kepulauan Seribu. The local government of Special Capital Region of Jakarta (DKI Jakarta) has a target of 7.6% increase of 2020 Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP) of the Kepulauan Seribu by tourism sector. Tourism in Kepulauan Seribu relies on natural activities which can result in ecosystem damage if the number of tourist visits is high. Therefore, it is necessary to design tour packages that can reduce the number of tourist arrivals but can achieve the specified targets. In this research a tour package will be made consisting of choices of starting points, transportations, hotels, and attractions available. The selection of tour packages will be based on the preference value of tourists and the availability of the services on site. The purpose of this research is to design an optimal tour package to achieve a specified target.
