Abstract

Patients satisfaction on a health service can be determined by their expectation to the service. If it is more than their expectation, they would be very satisfied. Patients who are satisfied will be loyal to the health care agency. This study aims to determine the relating factors of patient with kidney failure satisfaction on medical service during their stay in hemodialysis unit through systematic review article. The research method with systematic review is done by searching articles related to patient with kidney failure satisfaction on hemodialysis medical service which has been published in journals. The literature search was conducted in June to August 2017 through the UI online library and google scholar, then entered the online database list and selected the desired database. Journals are selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criterias through critical appraisal process. The result of systematic review of 4 published journals shows statistically there are factors that influence the level of patient satisfaction on hemodialysis unit service quality. Measuring the level of patient satisfaction can be a material evaluation of an organization in the improvement and development of service quality.
