Abstract
Introduction: Dental and oral health is an integral part of general health which plays a role in supporting every individual when socializing in society and in achieving their highest potential. To achieve Universal Health Coverage for oral health, equality of quality of dental and oral health services is needed in health services. Objective: To determine the quality of service and patient satisfaction with dental and oral health services at service providers in both the public and private sectors. Method: The research method used is a literature review. Search scientific articles through ProQuest, Taylor & Francis and Medline. Result: Obtained 634 scientific articles then a selection was carried out so that 12 scientific articles were obtained which the researchers reviewed Conclusion: Based on the review, it stated that there was no significant difference in quality and patient satisfaction in public and private dental services.
