Abstract

Magnetic properties of a Phenanthrene-like biplane with Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yoshida (RKKY) interactions are examined using Monte Carlo simulations. We investigate the blocking temperature and hysteresis loops behaviors under the influence of non-magnetic planes, coupling interactions, temperature and the crystalline field. The seven hysteresis loops identified in this study could be useful in multi-state memory storage and nanotechnology.
