Funding a company is very important to be able to support the progress of a business. One of the substantial additional capital is the IPO (Initial Public Offering). The discussion of this research will emphasize the dynamics of Indonesian startup company systems to be able to study the strategy enabling startup companies to survive amid market competition by using a dynamic system approach to be able to simulate the corporate growth decisions. This research found that startups have to identify the dominant factors playing the role for their strategy to develop and help companies find the right method to grow and achieve profit as quickly as possible within the reinforcing feedback loop as sustainability ",
