Abstract

In a previous study, we proposed a government Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) framework called eGovAMAN. This framework accommodates variety of G2G relationships among sectoral and regional governments that can ensure the commonality and specificity of Indonesian e-government application. The eGovAMAN consists of the Policy, Interoperability and Operational layer. In this paper, we exercise the government certification authority (GCA) for electronic government procurement (e-GP) system in order to evaluate the eGovAMAN layers. At the end of this work, we improve our framework in order to accommodate possible case similar to GCA for e-GP. We enhance the Interoperability layer by defining new domain that we called 'application driven PKI domain'. We also define a new element 'leading sector agency' in the Policy layer.
