Manajemen Stres pada Remaja Hamil: A Systematic Review

Abstract

Pregnant adolescent are greater risk of experiencing psychosocial problems compared to other pregnant adult women. The purpose of this study was to identify several studies about stress management for pregnant adolescent in order to reduce stress during pregnant. The systematic review method used six data sources including ProQuest, EBSCO, Science Direct, PubMed, Scopus, 1010 articles from Wiley online library, then filtered to be eight related articles. Based on the review result, there were some intervention to overcome the problem of stress in pregnant adolescents such as relaxation activities, health education, yoga, guided imagery, breathing exercises and muscle relaxation exercises, getting closer to God, and going to some pleasant place. Conclusion: A review of the literature showed that the use of stress management techniques must be followed by health education about pregnancy, birth, and post-birth. Recommendation: the results of this systematic review produced an overview of the contents of stress management in adolescents that can be used for further research.
