Abstract
This study discusses the interpersonal communication of librarians in the circulation service of Depok Public Library. The purpose of this research is to identify the interpersonal communication of librarian in the circulation services unit. This research uses qualitative approach with case study method. The results of this study indicate that the interpersonal communication of librarians of Depok Public Library in serving the users is properly in a good way. However, research findings indicate that there is superior behavior from the librarians toward the users. This behavior makes the librarians less proactive and emphaty when serving the users.
