Abstract

The kinetics of the bone response and the regeneration process in rate bone defects at intermediate stages filled TGF-β1 using fluorochrome labeling at different points was analyzed. Two bone defects of 5 mm were created bilaterally in each skull of 10 adult male rats. Defects were filled 53 mg of calcium phosphate cement at one side and mixed with rh TGF-β1(treatment) at the other side. Tetracycline was observed as a thin seam on the cranical side of the cement.
