Abstract
Introduction: Achievement of booster vaccination has not yet reached optimal coverage. Booster vaccination coverage (dose 3) in Indonesia is still quite low at around 29.83%. Implementation of the vaccination program presents many challenges. Among the most important is the question of whether the people will vaccinate and pay the vaccine if needed. Objective: This study aims to identify important factors that affect people's willingness to vaccinate and willingness to pay for the Covid19 booster vaccination Method: A systematic review of this review used the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review or Meta-Analysis) guide. Data search was carried out through search engines, namely Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Embase and Scopus with a search period from 2021 to 2022. The author uses inclusion and exclusion criteria to identify studies to be reviewed. There were 22 studies that met the inclusive criteria for review. Result: Most of the studies showed that respondents were willing to vaccinate booster vaccinations (> 60%) and only one study showed low results related to booster vaccinations, namely <50%. Several studies indicated respondents' willingness to pay for booster vaccinations, namely <RM50, Mean 109 – 189 CNY, 0-300 CNY, and <100-≥500 CNY. Willingness to accept and willingness to pay for booster vaccinations is influenced by socio-demographic factors, individual perception factors and external factors in the form of government policies and advice from health workers. Conclusion: Study findings can provide information for policy makers to develop better program planning and financial schemes in the future. Financial support is still needed for some people who are economically disadvantaged.
