N2 - Landing Gear Drop Test (LGDT) which aims to determine the characteristic of contact/impact force that occurs in the time of the touchdown landing has been conducted. Experimental tests using the apparatus requires a substantial time and cost. Virtual Landing Gear Drop Test (vLGDT) using MSC ADAMS software is one of the solutions for initial stage to testing landing gear. Stiffness values and damping coefficient obtained from vLGDT are 5.0e5 N/m and 1600 N.sec/m. Contact/impact force that occurs on vLGDT is 75996 N, while from experimental is 73612 N. The difference between vLGDT and experimental result is 3.14%.
