Abstract
Harassment is a major issue that becomes a problem in SMA XYZ, causing students to feel depressed psychologically and feel uncomfortable in school. Before the intervention, the researchers conducted baseline study in SMA XYZ. Based on the baseline study, it is known that some students have a willingness to change the tradition of abuse and want a more positive relationship at school. This study aims to improve students' behavior in the intervention group, in order to establish a positive relationship in school. Participants in the intervention group were OSIS administrators, consisting of 10 students of class X and 10 students of class XI. Interventions are designed by modifying the CEPIDEA program, by providing training in emotional regulatory, empathy and communication skills and behavioral reinforcement through social media persuasion techniques to students. The results of the wilcoxon signed rank test indicate that there is a significant increase in the scores of emotional regulatory skills, empathy, communication, self efficacy and students' prosocial behavior
