Abstract

Designs from green products should consider the impact on the environment, defines attributes against the product of its function, and consider customer's needs. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a systematic method used to translate the voice of customers (VoC) into the characteristics of a product. This work attempts to integrate Green QFD, Kano Model, and Goal Programming in designing green product. Green QFD attempts to integrate the green design on the stage of research and development. Kano analysis methods analyze customer requirement on the level of customer satisfaction. The concept of goal programming could consider some objectives when conducting the process of product development. The idea of fuzzy used to reduce the ambiguity in shaping data. The outcome of this study could maximize customer satisfaction, minimize the cost, and minimize the impact on the environment.
