The integration of user-centered design (UCD) and software development methodology is an interesting research field. Agile methodology, such as Scrum, is a software development methodology that is often combined with UCD. However, adding UCD into Scrum process appears to add more workload to the team. This study proposed a new method in the intention to handle workload problems: Integrating UCD with Scrumban. Scrumban emphasized the work breakdown and responsibility delegation. This method used Scrumban Board to distinguish the responsible team or personal and what to be done in the project. The role of team members same as Scrum, but in this proposed method, we add UI owner as responsible UI/UX designer. The UI Owner will evaluate the UI design to Stakeholder with Project Owner. The System will be further tested using System Usability Scale. The results of this study indicate that the integration of UCD into Scrumban as an agile methodology resulted in a more regular, managed and faster of software development process.
